Overview

  • Engaged in the development and mining of wolframite through its RHA and RHA Mauritius segment, and lithium and tantalite through Zulu and Zulu Mauritius segment.

  • Projects in Zimbabwe, Togo, Benin and Mozambique which includes RHA Tungsten Mine, Katete REE Project, Zulu Project, Tinde Project, Lubimbi Project, Pagala Project, Haito Project, Kara-Niamtougou Project, Dapaong Project and Catapu Limestone Project.

  • Zulu Project Located in Zimbabwe, it is one of the largest lithium-tantalum bearing pegmatite in the country.

  • Zulu Lithium scoping study indicated a 15 year mine life, with the target annual production is 84,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate and 32,500 tonnes of petalite concentrate. A DFS was commenced in 2021 to upgrade this. Post tax NPV10 of US$279m on US$1,300/t pricing.

  • RHA Tungsten Mine Premier owns 10 of 50 Mineral claim blocks which covers 1,800 hectares, rest 40 are under option.

  • Premier has invested US$18million to acquire and develop the mine.

  • Premier has an offtake agreement with Nobel Resources, and the plant produces a commercial tungsten concentrate.

  • Katete REE Project Continued demand of rare earth elements makes it a promising prospect.

  • Comprises 25 Mineral claim blocks, Premier has right to explore in with these blocks, the initial evaluation specifies that the distribution of total rare earth oxide are consistent with depth and several sample showed TREO content of greater than 3%.

  • Tinde Project Located in the northeast corner of the Kamativi Basement Complex Inlier, the mine produces 1360 tonnes of fluorspar. Flotation tests indicate that concentrates of up to 97.8% CaF2 are achievable.
